SIM Activation
- Aerobile will activate the sim and notify you with the US phone number a day before your departure
- When you arrive in the destination, insert the sim into your device. Your phone should receive the signal in 3 minutes
- Once activated, please follow the instructions below
SIM Instructions
- Once the simcard received local signal, you can make phone calls and receive SMS
- Most of the phone can automatically configure the Internet settings
If your phone does not work automatically, please follow the APN settings below- APN name: AirVoice
- APN: att.mvno
- Restart the device to start using Internet
- Voice Calls
- To dial a USA phone number: Dial as local people with the full USA phone number
- To make an international call: dial 00+country code+ phone number (omit the 1st "0", if there is one)
- Your friends and family to call you: dial 001-your USA mobile number. This will be a standard international mobile phone call. Please refer to your local phone carrier for rate or any other calling detail

Balance Checking
- To check your balance, please dial *777# from your phone
- Refill is available at local supermarkets, gas stations, post office and other stores (tax may vary from States). You can also refill via Aerobile AT&T AirVoice Refill
- The sim is valid for 7 days after the 28-day plan ends and will expire if not refilled within the period. Each refill extends the duration for 30-120 days depending on the value added

I bought an AirVoie SIM card - Mobile No 2039179533 on May 3, 2010 from a store in Danbury CT.
Used it for 3 weeks while in the US.
I will be visiting the US again in July 2011 and need to know whether I can refill the same card or do I need to get a new SIm

The only way to make an AirVoice SIM card active for one year is to refill $100.
We can check if this number is still active or not, but we will need to know your SIM card # to make sure that they are a match (sometime wireless carriers recycle the phone # to a new customer's new SIM card)

This is a U21 GSM Mobile Phone we are trying to get it to work in Chino valley Az 86323, no T- Mobile does not work here. I don't know about AT&T I do not have a sim for them. I was told here @ a service shop. That this PHone will only work international. I wish they had told me this before I purchased it. Is their any way that this unlocked GSM phone can work here is the U.S. I spent over 200.00 us dollars for these phones. Please help me if you can. Sorry no single shows when you turn it on. Its a 3 g phone .

you have to manually check what the available signal are. each handset must have this function.
If you can't check it, we can't help you but just tell you to get another phone that can be used in the USA.
