已多次購買
但之後不會再購買
也不推薦
以往都是透過LINE詢問客服
客服提供購買連結下單
但這次加拿大ESIM客服給的連結裡
包含了美加墨
重點是沒提醒「美」、「加」、「墨」
最後沒注意買到了只能在美國使用的ESIM
經客服確認才知道下錯單
雖然是自己沒看清楚
也怪自己太相信客服
但與客服的溝通過程完全鬼打牆
也沒說要客服怎樣處理
但把責任推得一乾二淨的感覺很差
