網卡抵達美國當地後無法使用，因時差關係客服無法支援，造成出差行程大延宕。隔天客服回覆缺認網卡無法使用，進行退款流程7-10工作天，但經過13工作天尚未完成退款，於詢問後客服才去查看退款進度並告知折讓單需要回覆但並未寄出任何信件要求回覆。兩天後收到信件通知完成退款程序，但目前尚未在信用卡上收到退款。非常糟糕的使用經驗，不推薦。

It worked really smooth without any problems! Especially you can use apply the Esim, this makes things so much easier even you’re not in Taiwan! Highly recommended!
