SIM Activation

  • You can find the UK phone number on the package
  • Aerobile will activate the sim and notify you via e-mail 2 days prior your trip
  • After you arrive in the UK, insert the sim to your phone. The phone should receive the signal in 3 minutes
  • Once activated, please follow the instructions below

SIM Instructions

  • Once the simcard received local signal, you can make phone calls and receive SMS
  • Most of the phone can automatically configure the Internet settings
    If your phone does not work automatically, please follow the APN setting below

    • Restart the device to start using Internet

Topup and Balance Checking

  • To check the balance in your phone, please dial *#1345#

  • The sim is valid for 80 days after activation and will expire if not refill within 80 days. Each refill will extend the sim for further 80 days

We can ship to S.Korea from Taiwan , but it takes 3~4 working days. If you can receive simcard in UK , we will ship simcard from UK.

When you are in UK, you only have to send a SMS(WEB50) to "65088", and then you can use 500MB data service.

Hi!

Earlier today, I bought two Lebara UK mobile SIMs -- one for my phone, and the other for my parents' phone. The two SIMs were purchased in one transaction. I'm going to give one SIM to my parents, and keep one for myself so we can communicate when we're in the UK.

When we arrive in the UK, will each SIM have separate telephone numbers?

Also, how will you know which SIM to "top up" if one of us wishes to buy more time, since you only have one purchase order number?

You will have two separate UK phone # for each SIM, so that you can call each other.

As to top up, you can either purchase the code locally and top up by yourself. Or you can purchase it from us, and enter the phone # to be refilled when you place the order. You will again have the option to top up from your phone by yourself, or let us complete the top up for you to the phone # you requested.

after you place the order for the SIM card, please also place an order for top up voucher (http://www.aerobile.com/eshop/lebara-mobile-topup-p-88.html) with the amount that you like to have.

In the top up order, please indicate the order # of your SIM card as the "number for refilling"
