SONY手機使用者下單前"務必"要用LINE跟客服確認自己的手機能不能使用喔！只用T-MOBILE官網查詢IMEI碼有可能還是不能用。
這次使用SONY Xperia 5在下飛機前關機狀態下就先把SIM卡插進卡槽1降落後開機是有訊號的且持續了10分鐘，走進海關審查區域後收訊就不見了，之後2個整天都沒有收訊也有跟客服一起試了很多方法，但最後我的網卡還是不能用只好轉原號漫遊。時差的關係我覺得客服對應算迅速，之後換iPhone會來用用看eSIM卡。
