Aerobile Taiwan Corp Ltd: General Conditions and Service Description for the Additional Service "Aerobile Retailers Portal", valid from Nov.16.2018
Aerobile Taiwan Corp Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as "Aerobile") provides the additional service "Retailers Portal" (Hereinafter referred to as "Service") under the following conditions.
Summary of the contract
User is a customer of Aerobile with Aerobile mobile phone SIM cards, the contract between Aerobile and the customer comes through the customer's order ("Registration"), which Aerobile accepts by giving a username and password. ("Online Registration") ).
Registration takes place via order with the email address as username. As part of the registration, the customer receives a password sent by Aerobile for account setup.
Subject of the contract
As part of the SERVICE, Aerobile provides the customer with the opportunity to obtain information about plan activation details of SIM card services through Aerobile, to record activation rate, (in particular the date, time and plan activated through Aerobile portal, and to handle client management operations.
With the SERVICE, Aerobile offers voluntary services. Aerobile is entitled at any time to change individual features or to discontinue the SERVICE in whole or in part. Similarly, Aerobile is entitled, at its discretion, to grant individual services only to certain groups of registered users.
Duties of the customer
The customer is responsible for the connection to the internet.
The customer must take precautions to ensure the security of the data transmission (for example by using suitable security software).
When using the SERVICE, the customer is obliged, according to his own security needs, to create and store backup copies of the data that the customer has stored or processed in the SERVICE.
The accessed data (username and password) and, if applicable, the personal customer password for the administration of several contracts must be carefully stored by the customer and kept secret, so that misuse and loss are avoided. In particular, these data must not be noted on the terminal and must be kept separate from it. The customer must immediately notify Aerobile the loss of the access data or unauthorized third party use of the SERVICE.
Indemnity of Aerobile by the customer
If customer violates the obligations under clause 3, Aerobile is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the abuse. In particular, Aerobile is authorized to immediately suspend the Customer's access to the SERVICE and / or to delete the content and data that constitute the violation from its servers and systems. In culpable breach of duty, the customer is liable to Aerobile for damages.
End of contract
The right to use the SERVICE ends with the termination of all partnership or usage of any Aerobile services.
