Hi All,
I am located in Hong Kong, and I will go to Hawaii in Mid-Oct this year, where and how I can buy this sim card?
I have the Huawei E583c mobile device, is it compartiable to use it for mobile internet? Can I use this sim in Vancouver, Canada? If so, how much is the rate plan? Or I need to buy 2 sim cards, one for USA, another one for Vancouver?
Thanks

hi, Please place an order on line and we will ship it to you H.K. address. Our current H.K. retail location has only AT&T SIM cards, or UK SIM cards (location: http://www.aerobile.com/en/hk-mon-kok.html)
This T-mobile SIM is for voice and web service on the phone (traditional phone or smartphone are both fine). It won't work with your Huawei E583c mobile device. Besides, T-mobile's 3G service used GSM1700 frequency, which is not support by almost all mobile modem in the Asia. If you need data service with your computer, please rent our Verizon mobile modem: http://www.aerobile.com/eshop/verizon-prepaid-data-modem-rental-p-100.html
T-mobile support roaming in Canada. Voice rate is $0.59/min. Detail can be found here: http://prepaid-phones.t-mobile.com/content/files/IntlCallingRates.pdf If you only stay in Vancouver for a short time, roaming is probably OK and easier for you. If you will stay in Canada for longer time, you may want to consider buying a Fido SIM card, which is cheaper in talking rate. (http://www.aerobile.com/eshop/canada-cell-phonesim-cardrefil-c-36.html)
Thanks,
