Hi All,
I have some questions about the T-Mobile prepaid sim card.
1) I have a Samung Galaxy S Plus mobile phone, does it compatiable to use it in USA with T-mobile's prepaid sim card?
2) I will make some IDD card from Hawaii to Hong Kong, if I buy the plan C pre-paid sim card, does it include the unlimited international calls to Hong Kong Land lines? If I make some calls to Hong Kong Mobile phone, which plans I need to join?
3) I will order 3 pre-paid sim cards, and shared with 4 or 5 friends, but some of them are using iPhone4/iPad2, and they need to cut the sim card into the smaller side, will you provide the convert cases from cut-sim cards to normal one?
4) Can I pick up the pre-paid sim cards at your Taipei offices? If so, can you give me the address please.

1. Yes. But T-mobile's 3G service uses 1700MHz band (which is not supported by H.K. version of Samsung phones), so you're internet connection's best speed will be 2.5G, not 3G. It will work, just not that fast.
2. Plan C covers unlimited calling to H.K. landlines. Calls to H.K. cell phone will be $0.09/min. Please purchase additional airtime credit (minimum of $10) for H.K. Mobile calls.
3. We'll cut it (please check the box "cut it to Micro-SIM" when purchase. Please leave a note during checkout: " leave the SIM frame for me". We normally will leave the frame anyways, but just to be safe.
4. YES, but please place the order on line. You will have the option of "local pick-up" when you select the shipping method, and you will get the address after check out.
